This article examines the similarities in Daʿwah (Islamic missionary) methods from the early period of Islam to the modern era. Despite the evolving context, the fundamental principles of wisdom (ḥikmah) and good counsel (mawʿiẓah ḥasanah) have remained consistent. The study highlights how Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم adapted his approach according to the psychological, social, and intellectual capacities of his audience, using different strategies for tribes, scholars, and common people. In the contemporary context, these principles are applied through scientific reasoning, digital platforms, targeted educational programs, and culturally sensitive communication. The paper emphasizes stepwise guidance, role-modeling, respect, and psychological engagement as central to effective Daʿwah, illustrating how classical methods can be aligned with modern pedagogical and technological tools. By analyzing historical and contemporary practices, the study provides a framework for successful and ethical propagation of Islam in diverse sociocultural settings.
