This research article provides a comprehensive analysis of migration from both Islamic and social perspectives, focusing on its introduction, significance, necessity, objectives, and potential effects. Migration, from the Islamic viewpoint, is considered not only a physical relocation but also a means of preserving faith, seeking security, attaining moral and spiritual growth, and fulfilling divine guidance, as emphasized in the Qur’an and Hadith. Socially, migration occurs due to economic hardships, political instability, environmental challenges, and the pursuit of better opportunities and quality of life. The article examines the multifaceted effects of migration, including economic, social, political, and environmental impacts, and highlights the ethical responsibilities of migrants and host societies according to Islamic principles such as justice, compassion, and social welfare. By integrating religious and social insights, this study offers a holistic understanding of migration as both a human necessity and a morally guided action, providing valuable perspectives for researchers, policymakers, and society at large.
