Although the Holy Sharia has given rights to non-Muslim minorities like Muslims, this freedom of rights is not absolute but will be restricted by the Holy Sharia. Therefore, the prohibition of modern temples should not be understood as a violation of their rights. It is obligatory and necessary for Muslim rulers to protect non-Muslims wherever they live in Muslim countries. Islam has even forbidden interference in their religious festivals. They have every right to celebrate their festivals. Similarly, it is not permissible to damage their ancient places of worship. However, while living in Muslim countries, they are prohibited from building modern places of worship. Similarly, they are not allowed to preach in public places in a general and open manner. Their worship will be limited to their ancient places of worship and homes.Downloads
