This article presents a critical and analytical study of the Hadith theory of Aslam Jairajpuri. It begins with a brief introduction to his life, including his birth, family background, and educational journey, highlighting the intellectual environment that shaped his thought. The study then systematically examines his views on Hadith, focusing particularly on the objections he raised regarding the authority and authenticity of Prophetic traditions. These objections are presented and analyzed directly from his original works to ensure accuracy and authenticity. The article aims to provide a clear understanding of his methodological approach and interpretive framework concerning Hadith. Furthermore, it evaluates his arguments in light of the established principles of Hadith scholarship and mainstream Islamic thought. The research concludes by assessing the impact and significance of his ideas within the broader discourse on the authority of Hadith in the Subcontinent.
