The teaching of Seerah Tayyibah (the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) plays a vital role in shaping the moral, spiritual, and intellectual development of individuals in Islamic education. In the contemporary era, where societies face various moral, social, and ideological challenges, the effective teaching of the Prophet’s biography has become increasingly significant. This study highlights the objectives and teaching methodologies of Seerah in the modern context, emphasizing that its instruction should go beyond the mere narration of historical events and focus on character building, ethical guidance, and practical application in daily life. By adopting modern pedagogical approaches such as critical discussion, research-based learning, and contextual analysis, educators can make the teachings of Seerah more relevant and impactful for students. Thus, integrating traditional knowledge with contemporary teaching methods can enhance the understanding and practical implementation of the Prophet’s exemplary life in today’s world.
