Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital media, which has altered how people communicate around the world, has had significant effects on language evolution. Platforms like social media, messaging apps, and online forums have facilitated the spread of language innovations, involving new vocabulary, syntax, and expressing styles. This study investigates the constantly evolving relationship between language and digital media, looking at how technological environments encourage linguistic creativity, simplify language, and contribute to the emergence of new dialects and digital spoken language. Additionally emphasized issues with linguistic homogeneity and degradation in the digital era. By looking at these trends, the study provides insights into how language development will proceed in the future and how it will affect communication, education, and cultural identity.
