Abstract

This study explores the dietary preferences of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and their scientifically proven health benefits. Islam offers a holistic lifestyle encompassing spiritual, social, economic, and health-related guidance. Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of well-being, and the Prophetic tradition, known as Tibb-e-Nabawi, provides insights into natural remedies for various ailments. The research highlights specific foods favored by the Prophet ﷺ, including figs and dates, and discusses their nutritional and medicinal properties. Furthermore, the study integrates contemporary scientific research with traditional Islamic perspectives, illustrating the relevance of Prophetic dietary habits in modern health sciences. The findings underscore the timeless significance of Tibb-e-Nabawi in promoting a balanced and health-conscious lifestyle.
